Dates from junior year in highschool and broke up after 8 months bc he failed some classes and his mom grounded him so he wouldn’t be able to see me. He insisted on making thinks work and we were basically still in contact and pretty much dating for one year. After I finally agreed on becoming official as girlfriend and boyfriend again, he dumped me that same day bc he now had more sexual urges (he knew I wantes to wait until marriage). I was devastated and started dating other people in 5 months, ignoring most of his texts during that time. After 8 months NC, he texted again but I ignores him again (yes I have a hard time forgiving.) after 1.3 yr texted AGAIN and I took a month to answer. During that month he had begun his first serious dating after me that lasted 1.8 yr, and said had I responded in time things could have been very differently. He still kept in occasional contact and even texted from a fake Insta bc his girlfriend disapproved us talking even though there was never flirting. Eventually we said we would stop NOT talking to each other only bc our partners prohibited to do so even though it was only occasionally (1-2x per month). I've had 2 more serious relationships since then (total 4), him only 1 but dating casually others. In April he (single now) sais he thinks the reason We can’t go without talking to each other for too long is because we still like each other, he said he thinks I would be happier with him and that he is sure things would work now, but that he didn’t want me to breakup with my boyfriend over him bc it would make him feel guilty. I said it was indeed selfish to say that since I never crossed the line when he was dating his ex. (We’ve never been single at the same time). I also sais there wouldn’t be guarantees were both the same people since we have both grown during these 7 years, but he says he is sure it would work since it already worked back then and we were already great in the relationship and have only groen to better ourselved. Fast forward 7 months and I broke up with my latest boyfriend for yelling and Shouting at me for the 5th time during our 1.8 relationship for no reason (not that he needs a justification. I must confess when he was dating his ex, I was terrified at the thought of him proposing to her and cried with the thought. I’ve never done this with any ex. This would be our first time both single since ‘14 so we’ll see what happens. There was no cheating nor lies involved. We never fought, trust each other completely, laughed so much together and now want the same things, stopped party days, support each others’ careers and we’re both some of the best people we have ever known. We’re now 24 and 26. Dated 2012-2013. Saw each other until end of 2014.

I would say indirectly yes but it may just as much be wishful reading between the lines...

I had a fling with a girl, then didn't go any further, she kept being my friend then pushing me aside when a guy she liked came along.

Eventually her twin admitted she had feelings for me and asked me out. For the first couple months after that there was so much jealousy. The original twin making a point of constantly remarking that I'd slept with her first... one day when my girlfriend and I were visiting her family the twin decided to lie on the sofa next to me in nothing but bright panties and a t shirt (she knows I like legs), we still included her as she had been my friend and didn't want her feeling pushed aside. Til it got to the point where she said "my mum asked since you want to hang out with me so much why are you dating my twin and not me?" As if that option had been on the table and she hadn't been constantly shelving me...

Last weird thing that happened was that she came over to ours for a pool party this summer, she's renowned for not getting involved, but this time she did, and had the most seductive revealing swimsuit I've ever seen. And accidentally had, then loudly announced that she'd had, a nip slip in the pool...

High school. I was new to town.
A girl had a crush on me and slid an anonymous note and a rose in my locker.
I was a 10th grade boy. My locker was a mess...😞.
She never approached me all year. We were in different grades.
At the end of the year she wrote something in my yearbook but so did lots of people. I didn't see what she wrote until that night.
I went to school and cleaned out my locker. Sure enough. Crumpled and bent.
I felt like such a heel.
I wasn't interested but if I'd known I would have responded at least. She moved away that summer.

Yeah, but I had already started seeing someone else. I chose to stay with who I started seeing and it didn't work out.
Who knows if it would have if I went with the confessee.
