Why do some people whenever they interact with others it always ends up in disagreements, arguments or fights?

I think it's one or both people. It's up to least one person to want peace. But if both have fixed views, like let's say trump vs biden, I'm not sure there is a way for them to end well or come to an agree to disagree. Views are so strong now a days that people see backing down as a weakness rather than a strength... It's sad to say... But backing down is actually the opposite, you are choosing to value a higher standard, you are walking away from a fight saying it's not worth it. Not engaging in a discussion that is unfruitful, is the highest form of a strength. I just think that pride and passion can get in the way of logical and rational thought sometimes...

Without help, if the pattern continues, and these issues aren't addressed and resolved, it's generally stating the relationship isn't very important to the person. The responsibility of an argument doesn't lie with the one who started it, but the one who maintains it. Therefore, always look at yourself rather than others, and ask yourself what you can do to move forward, if that's the direction you claim you want to go.
