Why is it certain tyoes of people feel that they are judged are valuated on how many people they sleep with or how "hot" their partner or ex are/were?

I've met attractive people that are quite ugly inside.

When it comes to finding a partner, what's on the inside is supremely important. I never dated anyone I didn't think was physically attractive, although I never compared them to airbrushed or Photoshopped images that are promoted in the media. I like girl-next-door types. Women are awesome.
Appearances aside, I would never pursue a relationship with someone I didn't admire and respect as a person. It was true with every girlfriend I ever had. My wife of 24 years, though, is the ultimate example.

So the question boils down to this. If a person is single and has an opportunity to boff a supremely attractive person, why not enjoy the candy store? I've been there.
What single guy wouldn't bang the hell out of a professional cheer leader if given the chance? And there are few women who don't have certain movie stars that they would bang if given the opportunity. You don't have to like or even know someone just to fuck them. Sex isn't a sacred thing. It's more of a recreation. It's okay to enjoy sex just for sex sake.
I never bragged or kept a score card. I just enjoyed myself. And I assess people for who they are when I meet them. I don't care about their resume'.

I was 40 when I met my wife. She was 38. Neither of us had been married but we certainly weren't virgins. Who care's about that?

What's inside is a lot more subjective than appearance.
What's outside is apparent and easy to judge, and thus easier for others to understand.

If I explained exactly why I liked someone, most people would go like "really? but she doesn't sound like a good person".
So I will rather go like "she looks like a model".
Most people will understand looks more so than my entirely subjective tastes in personality.

Mainly people with insecurities about themselves , they act like their body count is what matters or that someone attractive use to be with them , it’s sad actually , it just shows they don’t really value themselves and have very low self esteem about themselves , beauty is only in the eye of the beholder , just because someone thinks someone is beautiful doesn’t mean others will think the same , real beauty comes from within we all seen couples that we think to ourselves why is she with him or why is he with her? We as people are very judge mental on how someone looks based off of their appearance before actually getting to know the person , we can all Thank social media for that one as well brainwashing our heads to believe you need to look a certain way to attract people and sadly that does attract people , it attracts the ones that think appearance is what matters , when reality it doesn’t , I have met a bunch of attractive girls that caught my eye but found out they had real shitty personalities which is an instant turn off when someone comes off like their shit don’t stink. So bottom line what makes a person beautiful is mainly their heart , and yes they have to be attractive in your eyes as well but they become more attractive when they value you like you value them
