I'd go to a psychologist specialized in relationship counseling. I'd argue meeting with someone who knows how to analyze peoples behavior and mental state is much better than any self taught "relationship expert"

The per hour charge depends on your insurance and the psychologist. As to what I would find fair it also depends. If they really good at what they do and they seem to have a genuine interest in helping people overcome their problems id be willing to pay a higher price. In my mind they would've earned it.
