I argued with him and cried cuz I needed his support, when I was going through hard time. I was heart broken when he said I was dramatic and it’s all in head. Long story short, it’s the 2nd day and he didn’t reach out, who’s supposed to reach out? Him or me? I want him to reach out to see if he really cared about me and is sorry for hurting me

He shouldn't have said you were being dramatic and that it was all in your head. A good guy would do whatever he could to help, or at the very least be there to provide support. This could be a sign of his true nature. In my opinion you didn't do anything wrong to apologize for. It's him that should reach out and apologize.

I might have hurt his feelings a little while I was crying and disappointed, the things I have said might have hurt Him. All I said was I was disappointed in him because of what he did, and what kind of boyfriend was he. I know it probably hurt him. But I was so hurt of how he acted with me. He might be waiting for me to call him back. He probably thinks I’m ignoring him cuz of my ego but that’s not true I know he thinks that.

If that's the case, reach out and apologize for saying you were disappointed in him. If he's a reasonable person he will also apologize. If you see each other again try to have a good discussion, without being confrontational, on how to better understand each other to avoid big fights going forward.
