Why do you think I'm afraid my SO with cheat on me?

Question

I don't want to tell her I like her because I'm afraid that when we go to different colleges, she'll find someone she likes more than me and cheat on me.

I know it sounds kind of dumb, but I can't help but think about it.
Why do you think I'm so afraid of this happening?
What would you suggest I do?

First, tell her you like her. That alone is bound to make her find someone who does and who will even tell her. Second, if your insecurities have no merit, don't allow them to ruin what you have with her. Communicate with her about any of these fears you have and go about the best way in reestablishing your trust in your relationship.

because you are in the age group where no relationships last, as well as the fact that most girls nowadays are just doing things to get flings and have sex, your worries are reasonable.
