Should men provide for women to be housewives and homemakers or should men and women approach finances and adulting as a team?

If you're going to be housewife and raise the kids fine, I'll bankroll the family. But if you're also working and making bread, I'm not going to finance you like a child, you pay some stuff and so will I.
