"I'm in love with you." If someone says those words, what kind of love does it usually refer to?

Usually I think that person is referring to erotic love. That or a concept that I heard in the film “what the bleep do we know? “In that person isn’t really falling in love with you, they are falling in love with the feelings that you create in them. For example, if every time someone sees you you get them ice cream and a foot massage, and then lots of orgasms, they are going to associate you with these positive things. If every time they see you they get yelled at,, feel bad about themselves, and get things thrown at the head, they are going to associate these negative things with you. So, it follows that if someone says they are in love with you, they’re not really in love with you. They are in love with the feelings, emotions, release of neurotransmitters and whatever else that is happening when you are around. The same way your dog loves you because when you were around the dog gets bacon. When you’re not around, no bacon. The dog misses bacon, and is happyWhen it says that the bacon delivery person is back around.

Omg i can't even explain. Its so rare to hear IN LOVE and for them to actually mean it would mean EVERYTHING. I can only think of two guys i was truly ever IN LOVE with. But yea thats amazing to hear
The one I'd run away from. If someone talks about love, either they are lying or crazy.

the word love always portrays a "romantic" love, unless you are talking to your parents, because you don't say "love you" to your siblings, but you say it to your partner as well as your parents.

If love isn't just a chemical imbalance in the brain like I think it is it is still way too overused of a word. Because by definition there shouldn't be so much shit for marriage just shit everywhere shit shit shit

It depends how long the guy has known you and how serious he acts around you. Some teens can actually come out and say that and it’s Nothing more than puppy love
If I walk up to a stranger and profess my love for them, they don't want to be friends with me, and they sure as hell don't care about it unconditionally.
