In the beginning, I did not know exactly what I was looking for (This was like almost 2 years ago?). I was previously in a toxic relationship, it was actually my "first" real relationship. So dating was a little more complicated for me because I did not know how to be in a healthy relationship due to not experiencing it. So I started out looking on Tinder, Bumble, etc. Eventually, I just stopped logging into these sites because you never really find love when you are constantly looking for it. I realized that I was finally healed from my past relationship and that is when I stopped looking. At the time, I still had my dating profiles, but I stopped checking messages. If someone added me on my snap I figured I would go on dates here and now, but if it turns into something, awesome. If it doesn't, that's good too. There is no point in going into a situation with preconceived expectations, because it may not work out that way.

So my best advice is don't look for love. Let it come to you and eventually, it could be the best love story ever written.
