I'd say she is manipulating you until she gets what she wants, then return to normal. This is a pattern of behavior.

The other option is their hormones changed again. Get out paper and map the patterns and you likely will see cycles monthly.

I've seen it a few times - every time it happened it was a result of a spiritual awakening.

Are you going to try and be more optimistic? 🤔. Just remember that even the most optimistic person isn’t happy 100% of the time... they just try to look at ‘problems’ as ‘challenges’... whereas a pessimist would see a ‘problem’ as a ‘disaster’.

I'll be happy for them, maybe they needed the change or they're going through a face and soon be back to their old self. Either way im glad they can see good in things/people, And realize not everything sucks.
