Have you ever been in love with more than one person at the same time?

I said yes, but usually I find when I start falling in love with someone else, it means there are problems with a current relationship. Not always the big, we are fighting everyweekend, but sometimes it's the why aren't we fighting ever? I have a lot of angst and I feel disconnected but no one has done anything 'wrong.'

But then that dam hits and you have all of these unhelpful feelings and when shit hits the fan, it's really easy to pit the two options against each other: in love feelings of investment (we spent time together) and the in love feelings of (wow someone else is so great and amazing and what would life with them be like).

I haven't ever been in love with multiple with two people in a healthy sustainable fashion though.

No I cannot say that I have and for people who have I can’t even fully comprehend that I don’t think I’d be able to do that. I could see maybe loving two different people for different reasons, maybe, possibly, but being in love with two people simultaneously I just can’t even see being a thing, I feel like maybe you would love one person more than the other maybe but it seems like it would be confusing to be in that situation, I mean I guess the good thing would be that u have options but how fair is that to the other people involved. It’s just seems like a very complicated situation and I wouldn’t wanna have those problems lol I guess it would be completely different if it was a poly situation but I’ve never delved into poly so I don't know

Yes which sucks. I picked the one I felt more strongly about. Neither ever knew. No I never cheated. I simply never pursued the second one. The one I picked I also felt I had a better chance of her falling in love with me. If you love two people but one loves you back and the other doesn't. Go with the one that loves you back.

Yes! Not because I am a cheater I never cheated im very loyal. Tho because I'm pansexual its easy to acknowledge a personality and love it and that doesn't always mean sexual attraction or even relationship levels of love but I think people are capable of loving more than one person at a time and that's why monogamy is a choice that requires commitment and effort.

It happened to me at the worst possible time in my life, as I had been single for years and found someone special who returned my interest... then while that was going on found yet another someone special who also was interested in me.

Like UGH... would have been nice to not have this overlap... I mean I did have years of singleness that would have worked out so much better.

I am not sure that is possible. Many people claim they are... but in fact your preferences always go more to one person than the other. Be attracted to 2 persons at the same time is possible. YES! In Love.. NO i don't think so.

One might badly want you and has all attributes you would want in your man but you aren't so happy with him marking his territory.
Other may be fearing rejection or lack confidence to ask you but keeps in touch but never expersses , you like him definitely but he isn't making a move.
Wait longer see who's affection and kindness for you lasts and who wears out of courage or patience , since you wouldn't want to be just a bed partner for low confident or show off guy.
