Was I right to rupture my brothers balls?

Question

That's quite a title, I know, but bare with me.

I won't go into too many semantics but my (20) brother (21) has always been... weird towards me, to say the least. Looking at me in ways shouldn't, touching me inappropriately, you name it and at some point he's done it.

I'd always fight back, obviously, but this last time it went further than usual. I kicked him between the legs a few times and ended up rupturing his testicles, which while repaired will likely never be able to father children.

I feel it was completely justified, but a lot of people who have found out disagree (quite strongly at that). So, I thought I'd try and get an unbiased general consensus

Wow ok first off no man deserves to have his nuts basically taken away. I get that you felt uncomfortable but by all means if you see this as right than he as by all means to punch you in the face till your face is broken. You should have just called the cops after video taping him for evidence so he go to prison, or something. Talk to your family instead of injuring so much to the point where he won't have kids anymore. You be surprise on how devasting that is to a man. Well at least now you don't have to worry about anything from anymore. More than likely he won't want to talk to you ever again and if he does it be more of revenge or something than actual talking. So I suggest you say your sorry for taking away his entire future to have kids of his own bloodline.

Why didn' you report his criminal behavior to law enforcement before it got to this point? I suspect that there is more to this story.

If your brother was constantly crossing this line, you were right to defend yourself, but why haven't you confided in another adult or your parents about this trouble with your brother.
If he's done this with you, he has a problem that goes beyond YOU. He does not listen when a woman says no. This could lead him to trouble later in life. He sounds like he needs more help than testicle repair.

He needs to talk to a therapist and get his mind right.

What did he do exactly? Did he try to rape you?
It's kinda implied but I want to be sure. Even if he did try to rape you, I suspect that after one or two kicks he was already neutralized and you could have stopped.
