Why is it okay to believe in the invisible wind but not in the invisible God?
We constantly have people who believe in the wind when it can't be seen. Of course we can see its effects but we still trust that it is the wind doing it without seeing it.

People struggle to trust God exists because they say we can't see Him, which in all fairness is true if we are talking about physically. That's how the best answer when you say why you don't believe in God because you don't say the exact same thing about the wind. Maybe it is the lack of impact you associate God to have in the physical world.
We can measure the wind's effects on the natural world: there is no known way to do same with God
