That's the state; it's the same story in foster care or prison, roughly.
Yeah pretty much
I'm against God's "love me or else" ultimatum and the church's worship of women, but I don't like seeing you in pain. My father starved, beat and torture me and my mother left when I was two, so I understand the damage such things can do. I'm Forgotten FuRyan on YouTube if you're interested.
My condolences to what you went through. After all that, can you say, that you fear hell?
No. You and I experience fear differently. I experience chemically induced caution; you feel dominated.
@havingfun101 Nah. I feel void, yet somehow free. The same moment when Neo was unplugged from the matrix bio tank.
Then you wouldn't have asked me about fear. Don't lie."Let go your earthly tether. Enter the void. Empty and become wind." - Zaheer, Avatar: The Last Air Bender
@havingfun101 you misunderstood my question but ok.
Nonsense. "My condolences to what you went through. After all that, can you say, that you fear hell?" -- U... there's no misunderstanding that you brought up fear, not me.
@havingfun101 whatever helps you sleep at nights.
Why would your clear lack of insight into your own words or my subsequent conclusions, affect my sleeping ability? 🤣
@havingfun101 Whatever. Keep assuming right out of your ass. I retract my condolences.
You know I'm right. 😂
Mine and many other Jewish families lost their belief in god for this reason.
@Rexos Ahoy there. That is good to know!
What jobs? lmao do you work in a church.
@updog45 Worse. I work in the south. Almost any job is owned by a hardcore "Christian."
Well thats not true, im from the south also. Its one thing to be not religious, its another thing to be actively anti-religious. Most actively anti religious people are only that way towards christianity, Catholicism or judaism, but never Islam.
@updog45 It certainly is that way where I live. Crosses on the walls and "Merry Christmas" signs and everything. I'm not anti-religion, per se. I'm anti religious people. I don't like the attitude, the assumption that everyone is and should share their beliefs, and the active shunning of those who don't. I say what I did in my original post because I have been fired for not being Christian before. They made up another reason, but it was very obvious why I was fired, because there was no problem before they found out I wasn't. If I had to guess why most people in America who are against religion aren't against Islam is because they aren't effected by Islam, whereas they are probably effected by Christianity. There are more Christians and they hold a lot of power here. However, if it makes you feel better, I view all religions the same way we all view Odin, Ra, Zeus, and Batman. Cool ideas, but nothing more than that. But it wasn't my intention to bring the conversation this way. I just simply wanted to say that in my personal experience, religion has had a negative impact on my individual life.
It didn't get the capital "christ" in Christmas for some reason. You know the signs. The ones that are passively aggressive at people saying "x-mas" or "happy holidays."
Dawg you sound anti-religion like a MF. No wonder they fired you lmao
@updog45 That's because I am, though I never told them that or said anything to insinuate I was. Just denied an invitation to a bible reading and told them I was atheist.
You better believe or I'll poke you in the eyes. 👁👁
I've almost died hundreds of times; I remain very skeptical of your claim.
@havingfun101 Depends if your dead dead or just dying. Regardless I don't care what you think the truth is for me not anyone else.
So, you got scared and imagined things, so now you feel better.
@havingfun101 LMFAO how delusional do you get you know when your dead your body stops working and producing energy (ATP) in fact it's run out hence the death part and imagination requires energy. So how am I imagining stuff without energy? Also, who are you why are you here? This "opinion" is for mistixs oh wait I know why your here because you saw my opinion and got scared that I may be telling the truth and felt compelled to write gibberish "oh I don't believe you" to convince me otherwise so you can then convince yourself with your delusional lies that's why.Considering all your talk about "Resurrection is mandatory & the lake of fire has worms that never die, so you're partially correct"Ps your say you died hundreds of time do tell what you have that caused that.
The body has latent energy stores and ones brain death occurs, it can't be reversed. If the clinician has any doubt as to whether there can be even minimal recovery, brain death is not declared. ... In other words: you imagined some things & got scared, leading to your epiphany. ... Why? I saw an incoherent statement & sought to correct that same. ... "my delusional lie" - u (show me the lies) ... I said that I've almost died hundreds of times; not... seriously? What I've done is get jumped over a dozen times, several times they were armed and been in countless single fights, while having implants in my abdomen and skull. Were I to be hit in either place, it would mean an instant and horrible death, to say nothing of potentially hitting my head on a shelf & dying that way. Now, you know.
@havingfun101 Latent energy? Where did you read that from? A cereal box guess your not a scientist. No such thing as latent energy the amount of energy for the brain is smaller than the lungs or heart energy production ceases in the brain way before the organs hence why you pass out first then organ failure comes not vice versa. In other words, you have no idea what you're talking about you just like reading and believing gibberish. As for why your here... so it's basically because your self entitled and didn't get enough attention so you got on Q&A sites and shove into other people's opinions to make up for it. If it's incoherent why do you feel the need to correct it? Oh, that explains it you got knocked in the head a few times and now feel the need to do this. And what your saying is you got seriously injured a few times and not even died that isn't death unconciousness maybe but unless your heart stops your not dead shall I post you a dictionary next time. Like I said delusional lies.
You were not brain dead, so you didn't die. Adipose (fat) cells are specialized for the storage of energy in the form of triglycerides, but research in the last few decades has shown that fat cells also play a critical role in sensing and responding to changes in systemic energy balance.Do you even reading comprehension, bro? I said "I've almost died" really... are you kidding me right now? ... My life has flashed before my eyes many times, but it didn't lead to any potentially erroneous conclusions about the afterlife or any God. That was just your own feelings manifesting as a confirmation bias. Furthermore, there's no correlation between head injuries and asking questions or answering them. No lie occured; you just need me to be wrong & bad simultaneously, so you'll feel better. Hahahaha-hahahaha! You're an nonsensical disaster!
@havingfun101 How do you know I wasn't maybe I was? Wrong LMFAO nice google search no systemic changes are the duty of glycogen turned into glucose for the Krebs cycle. Adipose turns to triacylglycerol through hydrolysis ie the addition of water however both processes require something very important oh yeah! Oxygen and how is the body getting oxygen when the body isn't breathing? No oxygen no lipolysis or hydrolysis. So not sure what you're talking about. "Do you even reading comprehension, bro?" Do you even speak English bro wtf are you saying there ROFL. Yes "You've almost died" but not actually died your heart has never stopped nor your brain so it doesn't count and here you say "I remain very sceptical of your claim." Yeah I know because you've never died. You are delusional you need to go back to the hospital clearly they didn't fix everything. You haven't even died yourself and are saying nonsensical stuff it's embarrassing. What I saw was the truth and the complete truth stuff you can't imagine because I had no knowledge of it before hence no bias. Your seriously delusional I don't even know what your talking about in the next lines.
I know because no one has ever or will ever return from a state of brain death, although you've got to be riding the line. 😀 Yeah, except that your blood has oxygen reserves, so that makes no sense. ... I'll take that as a no; your reading comprehension is low. ... Look, if someone's life flashes before their eyes, it counts as a near death experience, so your premise is invalid or you're trying to move the goalpost. You haven't died either but you may have experienced temporary heart failure, which isn't dying. ... You said I was making 'delusional lies' but I'm both clear and factually correct, something you're lacking. ... If had no knowledge of your (imaginings) they couldn't have occurred. You saw things that are similar to that with which you've previously had experience or you'd have seen nothing at all, due to lacking the synaptic pathways traveled during said experience. I get it, hippie dippy daydreams changed your life; good for you.
but all the atheists i meet are miserable unhappy people who have no plan for themselves and are nihilistic
@007kingifrit Well bucko, let me change that and introduce you to myself :)
i dunno i've seen you before, you're always pretty angry, nihilistic, and uninformed
@007kingifrit Now that is what I call projection
