For the Christians: Does sexism in the Bible bother you?

The only arguably sexist thing is the bible is Gods second curse upon women, "And you will desire to controll your husband, but he will rule over you." Genesis 3:16. And women brought that on your own selves; first by eating the forbidden fruit, and then convincing man into eating it as well.

Other than that, Jesus makes it a point to show that there is a place for women to take a prominint role in christianity, the first people he revealed himself to after his reserection were women after all.
