Do any of you do journaling and does it work?

I did start journaling at one point in my life and it was extremely beneficial to me. I was finally about to work out things that I didn’t know were problems and I gained a lot of insight into myself. Once I wrote everything I needed to write, I was done and I don’t really feel the need to journal unless I want to pray more deeply

I think getting your thoughts and emotions on paper is very helpful and fruitful. The key is how you use them and interact with them after you have written them down

I do, and it doesn't really help me.
I do write the names of people I have a grudge against though, and and that's helpful.

I write little notes about the days actives and how it made me feel like for example I wrote gifted a sub on twitch made me happy

I don’t do journaling but I write daily affirmations every day.

I starting journaling during my freshman year of high school. Then I quit after I graduated because it was the same thing every day!

I've have in the past, but I found it hard to stay consistent with it.

I would say it works a little.

Yes I journal what I eat it helps.
