Or hey a building where I can house these abandoned orphan children eating out of garbage cans fighting rats and roaches for crackers and hopefully others are kind enough to donate and help us out

Maybe Joel olsteen, he makes millions without working and taking peoples money on what he preaches
Most of them aren't con-men. They really believe in their religion. I say this not to defend them since I consider myself an agnostic. It's not always their Main-Job either as I've known pastors who have a Full-Time Job outside of the church. Even if they don't, I still believe they're out to help people and mean well. At least the ones I've known.
Pretty much. But I don't think it's much of a money maker. They definitely should pay taxes. Well unless You Kenneth Max Copeland screwing millions and of people over, while he laughs to the bank as he looks at his billions. Dam stubborn humans. Make idiots filthy rich.
Ah, yeah. Good point. Like the notre Dame church that burned, and idiots donating millions to fix it. What a waste of money. Even if the architecture is impressive. I wonder how much money was wasted with Vatican.

You're one of the biggest assholes GAG has ever seen... prove me wrong.
I'm an atheist, by the way. I just hate bigoted assholes, including the ones who are too dumb to realize they are bigots (hint, hint... that's you).
"Religions" were created by Satan, prove me wrong.
That’s a twilight zone show.
Huh?
If you REALLY believe that, then it's a waste of time to "prove you wrong"... because that's your opinion... and, not based in facts.

i think you lack knowledge. churches do a very large amount of social work.
I agree. and some don't.
Lol, i've never heard this before. Why do you say that?
Because it’s true. They’re selling an invisible product.

You are so wrong. Religion was created by man to control all the (population) sheep that follow.
Yeah, and get money for an invisible product.

Umm Vatican is a country.
Sorry, I do not follow.
You think religion isn’t about money?
Ah, yeah. Good point. Like the notre Dame church that burned, and idiots donating millions to fix it. What a waste of money. Even if the architecture is impressive. I wonder how much money was wasted with Vatican.
it wasn't even the original structure. Its been redone several times.
Which ones. The old religions seemed to just be explanations for natural phenomenons
True, but those saying they’re getting messages from them created a cottage industry.
I would say religion was created for a few to control the lives of the masses.
The government was created by men who couldn't get jobs!!!
Prove ME wrong!!!
apart from the Catholic Church, your argument is correct
They were created before there were jobs.
Pretty sure that’s not true
Definition be what is a religion to you?
I don't need to prove jack shit to you.
Ahh you must be one of the jobless
Wrong. Employed full-time in the private sector.
Oh yeah? Prove it! Send me your social sec # and all your bank records.
TROLL!
had to try
You got a good point.
No, you are describing university professors
why should I care what you choose to believe?
wouldn't explain religious women then though
