He’s my neighbor and married with kids. When they first moved in I called cops on them for blasting music instead of going to their door cause I’m a single mom and it was late at night. Days later I explained to them why I did that and didn’t want any drama and that I didn’t mind the music being played as long as it wasn’t late at night. Everything seemed fine. Then the intentional noise started (banging and stomping) so I confronted him alone to see if things would be different. So then he offers to meet up with me at the park alone with our toddlers while his wife is at work, why? I don’t know but I never did. Another time at the park he was trying to engage with me and I was ignoring him, on a later date he asked why I was ignoring him and I said because the noise was intentional to me. There’s a big difference between regular house sounds and people moving around and someone intentional making noise. It’s so disrespectful to cause problems for others and speaks volumes about how unhappy a person is.

I’m gonna make this simple or try to do you can understand the entire situation.

-When they moved in I called cops cause their music was disturbing the peace at night.

- On a later date I explained why I called cops instead of going to their door cause I’m a single mom. They invited me in for breakfast and we talked for an hour.

- Days later loud noises started to happen which was disturbing the peace in my house. I went to their door nicely and they said it’s their 2 year old.

- A week or two later I went to their door complaining about noise again, this time the husband was alone. He said it’s his kid which sounded like bullshit to me. He then offers me in his house (cause my toddler was playing with his toddler) and then he says “maybe we can go to the park together” we meaning as in him, me and our toddlers as his wife is at work and his teen is at home. He also says “I cook sometimes and you are free to stop by to get food”

- I didn’t take him up on any of his offers and the noise has increased now I noticed. Like after I went to his door when he was home alone the noise stopped because he had MY attention (I’m assuming my attention is what he wants) and now that I’m just kinda minding my business it’s an issue. He’s mentally ill I’m convinced. What do you think?

When my neighbors moved in they were blasting music with a sound system. It was 9pm at night and these apartments are poorly made and my toddler was sleeping. So I called cops thinking it’s best than going to their door and never talked to them before. Days later I approached them apologizing saying I’m not with drama and explained everything so they’re like ok cool we understand and offered me in their apartment and we talked for an hour. Days later noise continued (in retaliation I’m sure) and I didn’t call cops I went to their door and they said it’s their 2 year old (bullshit) after that I contacted the property manager telling him about the dates and times and how I had to call cops on them. Shortly after they came to me being friendly and nice like weirdos, not sure if they received the warning letter from the property manager yet. They probably did at this point as the noise continues. It’s not really the wife as she’s weak and an idiot, it’s the husband who has mental issues doing all this shit.
