I am going to call bullshit on this. I say that because well I've tried it. The whole point of male reproduction is to dump sperm into the vagina. That happens by ejaculation. The orgasm is the physiological way for the body to ejaculate. A woman's body does the same thing. At orgasm the vaginal, keigel and anus muscles spasm just like a man's.

Every guy can do it. Two things you can do to make it easier. 1. When you're taking a piss, stop the piss mid stream and get a feel for how you do that. Do it a couple of times until you get a mental connection between those muscles and your brain. 2. Do "Edging" it's basically just slow masturbation, but stopping before you ejaculate. Wait until you're calm enough to continue. Then keep going. It's better to stop the very second you feel your ejaculation coming on when you first do it, because you're not used to the exact time to stop yourself. The goal is to just keep going, no semen and it is during this you'll feel dry orgasms. If you've done it right, you'll feel exuberant energy running through you.
