Do You Know The Right Answers? (Without checking the Web)

Occasionally I find myself bored at work and I ask people easy questions that they should know without much thought. (If you've ever watched "Jaywalking" on Leno it's the same thing.) Still people can't be that dumb...right?? Well the answer to that is yes, sadly. I've been asking these types of questions randomly for about six years and writing down the more funny responses to them. I thought you guys might enjoy them so here they are (Fyi, One person is responsible for six of these.)

  • My favorite Jaywalking was where he asked "Before George W Bush was elected there was another father and son who were presidents, what was their name?"
    And
"What family does this song describe? They're creepy and they're kooky, mysterious and spooky, they're altogether ooky?"

No one knew the first and everyone knew the latter until the last fellow, an intelligent looking older fellow. He replied to the first query, "Adams, John and John Quincey." On the second question he paused then said in doubtful voice. "The Kennedys?"

  • I am not American so that is my excuse - I surprised myself that I knew John Adams but I have a feeling I heard it before in a quiz, I don't know the birthplace of the US civil war or the Paul Revere signal - Before I Google I am going to say Gettysburg (but I know that is wrong) okay for some reason Bunkers Hill is coming into my head. Paul Revere, did he ride a horse ringing a bell saying "The British are coming" - I knew the rest - Off now to Google

  • right answers to what? you didn't ask any questions... also, you know they paid people to say those answers, right?
