Answers to 5 FAQ Pertaining to Pregnancy

1. Can I get pregnant from pre-cum?

Pre-cum has sperm in it, depending on how recently the guy has previously climaxed. If he's just pissed, or it's been a while since he's released any fluids at all since his last orgasm, there is very little chance of there being any swimmers. However if he just came and he's ready to go again, then his pre-cum is almost guaranteed to have a small amount of swimmers in it.

Short answer: It's a possibility, depending on when he last climaxed, but not very likely.

2. My period is late, am I pregnant?

This is not something we can answer. Too many variables to consider.

The best answer that can be given is to go to your local chemist and purchase a pregnancy test, or forgo that, if you have doctors that bulk bill, go straight to them for a more accurate test.

Short answer: We cannot answer that for you.

3. Can you get pregnant from anal?

Yes. Amazingly enough this happens.

Unprotected anal sex, especially in positions that place the anus above the vagina (doggy style for example) can lead to, after climax, the ejaculate flowing from the anus to the vagina. This is more common with women who have a smaller gap between their vagina and anus. Sperm are much stronger swimmers than we give them credit for, however, they cannot survive outside the body for very long. So while they might still get inside your vagina, they still then need to make the journey that typically kills off half the numbers they've already lost just getting to the start.

There has even been a case where a woman was MORE likely to get pregnant from anal due to there being a fissure in her anal walls that lead directly to her womb. Which was for other reasons closed off from her vaginal opening. Confusing, yes. But she did fall pregnant after partaking in anal sex.

Short answer: Yes. However unlikely, unless you have a physical abnormality. You would know if you did, calm down.

4. Can I get pregnant the first time I have sex?

Absolutely. In fact many unplanned pregnancies occur thanks to the common belief that you cannot fall pregnant the first time you have sex. However like most wives tales, this belief is completely false. Whether its your first or last time having sex if you do not wish to fall pregnant then protect yourself.

Short answer: Yes.

5. I'm 16 and pregnant, what to do?

Make a decision.

Do you want to be a mother, likely a single mother, or do you want to continue being a regular teenager?

The first option involves keeping the baby. This means telling your parents, hopefully telling the father (please dont keep that shit to yourself if you're keeping the baby), telling your friends and family. Asking for help. A lot. Getting a job. Changing basically ALL your priorities. And finally, raising a baby who will become a 2 year old, who will become a 12 year old, who will turn 16, your age, (you will by then be 32) and then onwards and upwards.

Or you could abort, which can be emotionally scarring, you could regret it for the rest of your life. Could. Or you might bounce back from it and it'll be like nothing ever happened. Don't count on the latter though. Hope for the best, prepare for the worst.

You could adopt it out.

This option comes with points from both keeping and abortion. You still need to tell everyone, it's kinda hard to keep that kind of thing secret, but after carrying a baby for 9 months... you don't even get the result in the end. 9 months of hell and bam, everything is back to normal with no back pay.

Short answer: That's up to you. Just think REALLY hard on how you want to deal with this.

Hopefully I made sense throughout this. It's 2 in the morning right now, I have no doubt I wrote something badly or offensively XD

  • I've given birth to 3 full-term babies, and images like that last one are still thoroughly surreal to me.

Ever notice how there's a fuck-ton of women out there who've willingly had more than 1 baby?
    ... Yep.
Draw yr own conclusions about how "real" / weighty those kinds of images are, when we're going through the process (and/or reflecting on it). ahah.
