Overcoming Depression Disorders

Almost half of the world's population have some form of depression even if they are not aware. Be it sadness, hopelessness, lethargy or even thoughts of suicide, You need to know that you are not alone if those feelings even though it might seem so. There are groups and services dedicated to helping you. Medication isn't always the answer but building up your willpower could very well be, Here I'll share some tips I used for myself to overcome my "Major Recurring Depression".

1. POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS THROUGH THE LAW OF ATTRACTION.

Ever hear that if you believe it will come true? That's true to an extent If you put your faith in the fact that things will be okay you will feel a bit better about your situation. Focus on the positives and think of solutions to your problem. If you put enough faith and focus into getting better you eventually will.

2. MASTURBATION

Pleasuring yourself will release dopamine and will help you feel better. for a time your mind will not be on your depression using the law of attraction will help you focus yourself during your jerk off session.

3. HOBBIES AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

Disengaging from life can be a huge stress reliever. When possible you should do something you enjoy to take your mind off the stress. This will recharge and refresh you so you can reenter your situation with a clearer head. Physical activity will put you in a better mindset as well
