Anime traps, being attracted to the same gender and thinking if it is straight or not <3

I will list a few anime traps *Animes Included* and let you decide is being attracted to someone looking like the opposite sex straight or not, lets start!

Himegoto

These are both boys

Hime arikawa on the left and Kaguya arikawa on the right.

Due to specific reasons, these two boys have ended up cross-dressing through the whole anime and consequently they both look very attractive even in the beginning there are a number of girls who also say they find these two attractive. In the anime there are many guys who are attracted to these boys, would you consider it gay or straight since they look like girls? There are quotes where guys say they know these brothers are boys but are still attracted to them, so make of that how you will :)

Assassination Classroom

This is a guy as well

Nagisa shiota is not purposefully looking like a girl, his mother wanted a girl so she forces him to keep a hairstyle that makes him look like a girl, he does not wear feminine clothes through the whole anime either, he just seems like a girl through it due to facial expressions and body structure and hairstyle.

Aoi is a self published cross-dresser who is very popular online from his pictures that he publishes, he loves feminine clothes and actually does look a lot like a girl, it is only when he removes the wig that he looks a little like a boy but still seems a little bit like a girl.

Oregairu

Saika totsuka

Saika is a commonly used character in anime crack videos and I am unsure to whether I have watched this anime because the character is so memorable but yes this character is a boy yet looks so feminine.

Hitoshi Sugoroku

Hitoshi is also a cross-dresser of their own choice and had all the prisoners in the anime believing he was a girl which I found rather funny ^_^

Kinoshita hideyoshi

Kinoshita I have no personal knowledge about regarding the anime but he is also a trap, I found this through research but I don't know enough about him to describe his role in the anime, I simply researched the character and anime source for those interested in watching it <3

I can't remember exactly how many pictures I can put on, I think it was 7 so I didn't want to miss out on adding a video. I think it's 7 pictures and 2 videos you can put up, anyways that will be all I will add.

I want to press further on the fact that I don't judge cross-dressing, I find it perfectly fine and in a lot of my experience of real life cross-dressers, the guys actually do look good so don't feel like I am mocking cross-dressing because I am not, I am simply inviting people to decide if they think that being attracted to a guy that looks like a girl is straight or gay.

A example being-

If a guy sees a guy who looks like a girl and is attracted to them, would that be gay or false advertised and be considered straight?

If a girl who sees a girl that looks like a guy and is attracted to them, is that lesbian or false advertised and straight?

That is the situation, the main reason I chose a Mytake instead of a poll or question is because of the word limit and I had a lot to say about the topic.

I have been caught by these traps numerous times and even after finding out I still find them cute so I don't see an issue with it at least in my views. I won't get angry at anyone who may have varied views on the subject of cross-dressing, I myself don't cross-dress nor do I intend on but I just don't see why we should shame someone on their dressing tastes <3

As for the opening to Himegoto, I am not overly fond of it because it sounds very girly but the anime itself I like, I just wish the episodes were longer. Don't watch it on anime websites, watch it on Youtube with the channel Xaykham & LunaDash and I say that because I tried watching it on Gogoanime first and the intro is wrong while this channel has the correct intro and they are all subbed and play smoothly. The channel is not mine, I am just supporting the channel that I am using to watch the anime <3

As for any of these other animes, you can get them on Gogoanime with correct intros and also on Crunchyroll but sadly Kissanime has been believed to be shut down, Soulanime is still up and running and so are some other ones so don't worry too much, there are still a variety to work with :)

I don't have any more to say about this so I will bring this to an end, hope that for those who do watch any of these anime enjoy it and take care!

*Light chuckle* You get it my friend, you get it. A lot of male anime characters end up looking more feminine and result in these misunderstandings, often leading to situations like these where we have to decide the sexuality of them :D

What, in real life, in public? It would be derogatory if we listed you as traps and said it was a bad thing, but if you don't want to be called that in real life, I won't, but in anime they are called traps because they never declare themselves as transgender and they cause people to believe they are a gender that they are not, therefore being a trap. But if you don't want to be called this in real life, I hope no-one will. I never have referred to a real transgender individual as a trap :)

It would only be transphobic if I said it in a negative way and said I didn't like transgender individuals, it would also only be transphobic if I said I can't stand transgender people, both of which are not true, I happen to like transgender people and have transgender friends. I see no transphobic link with the word and I would never use the word to describe a person who is transgender, but none of these characters declared themselves transgender, therefore not having linkage with transgender. ^_^

First of all they're not humans. Second is they can be straight on how you want them to be because they're not objectively traps even if it's official. Rule 34 can turn them into straight girls anytime.
