Let’s talk about female genitalia: a lesson in names, locations, and other “mysteries” that a lot of guys on here don’t know.

So apparently a lot of the guys on here never had Biology, or Human Anatomy. Let’s see if we can give the ones who really don’t know a little primer on the parts of women that seem to be a mystery to them. Consider it a Public Service that hopefully pays off by seeing less of the inane questions.

“Boys have a penis, girls have a vagina” -Kindergarten Cop.

But what exactly IS the vagina? The vagina is an internal structure that goes from our introitus to our cervix. In other words, when a man puts his penis in, the first “stop” is at the entrance. That is the moment penetration begins. Congratulations! You’ve “made it” in. Again, the vagina is a canal that allows for penetrative sex, as well as birth. The cervix is at the back, and no, it IS NOT pleasant to have the head of a penis hitting it. So when silly guys ask “Is your vagina an innie or an outie”, the answer is ALWAYS going to be “innie” because the vagina is INTERNAL.

Now, to the next topic, the vulva. A lot of people call this “Pussy”. If you are looking at your girl naked, that’s what you see! The vulva is connected TO our vagina, it is NOT our vagina, which above I pointed out is INSIDE. Now then, since I have cleared that up, let’s talk about the important stuff from top to bottom.

First, you will notice the pubic mound. Sometimes it’s a little bit fatty, for reasons that don’t matter to you, but they do to her.

Underneath that is the clitoral hood, and her clitoris. Trust me, get to know this spot! Right under that, there’s a little hole, that’s her urethra. When she has to pee, that’s where it comes out.

Next on the list are the two sets of “lips” called labia.
Labia Majora are the outer lips that surround everything. Then you have the Labia Minora.

Thank you for taking the time to get familiar with the basics. Now that you are, please use the right terminology on your questions.

  • What a well written and informative public service for all these users that can’t seem to understand what is going on between our legs. (I so wanted to say pubic service).

Anyhow, one thing I would like to add is I am going to freak up the next time someone asks do you have an innie or outie vagina. Oh. My. God. A vagina is INSIDE. It is an internal organ so we ALL have innies unless something has gone terribly wrong.

Also, the guys that say “I’m too big for girls”. No you aren’t. You just don’t know what you’re doing (as discussed on the other thread with @KatherineJ). Those guys just aren’t taking the time to properly “warm” a girl up. We aren’t instant bake ready ffs.

Also, being overly anxious to get in there doesn’t help if the guy is well endowed. Take it slow!! Ease into it instead of ramming it in there and punching my cervix with it. Rant over.

    • @prettypriya thank you so much for adding that. I mean I thought getting us “ready” was general knowledge! Maybe I’ve been lucky in that department. 😁

    • @KatherineJ Thank you for this “pubic” service. 🤣 @emiliamazing will like it.

    • Three cheers for proper prep!

  • Pretty condescending. Lol but I mean I get what you tried to do. I have met women that don’t even know they own “vaginas, vulva, cervix…” whatever you want to explain it. Lol some women don’t even know they own parts. So this isn’t just a lesson for the guys. It’s a big lesson for some women too.

    • @motownplayer2000 I promise that I am not trying to be condescending! And sadly, you are right, there ARE some women that don’t know much about their own bodies. All of it is sad, since both guys and girls need to know.

    • Yes. However you did excellent work

    • @motownplayer2000 thank you so much!

  • Well done. Too bad it can't be pinned to the topic.

    • @likealog pinned to the topic?

    • @KatherineJ In some forums posts like your MyTake can be made to appear at the top of all questions in the topic permanently.

    • @likealog ah, right. Got it.

  • Anyone can google it, if a man doesn't know, it's because he doesn't care.

  • I was a virgin on my wedding night and He was too, I found that out on our wedding night because he kept trying to put it in my butt. He honestly had no idea where the vulva much less the vagina was located. I had to grab it and guide it in. I had NEVER touched one in my life.

    • Our wedding night wasn't anything to brag about but the second night, we basically played show and tell and talked a lot about what we liked. The third night WOW!! We had it figured out. Think I'm gonna keep him.

    • @emilyis well, if it was his first time, he probably didn’t know how close they are to each other. But for the rest, yep. It takes a little time to get sexually comfortable with each other.

    • I agree totally.

  • Thank you for posting this! I’m so tired of guys (and sometimes girls) calling all of our parts “vagina” and asking about innies and outies. Maybe now some of these people will understand all vaginas are innies, what they are actually asking about for innies and outies is the labia, specifically labia minora, and no, it’s none of their business asking us what our girl parts look like.

    • @elliegirl thank you so much! I just hope it reaches the ones that really need to know!

    • @elliegirl Girl parts are great looking and neatly concealed from view until intentionally exposed. Can't say the same for the penis which protrudes in a disgusting manner.

  • Absolutely Brilliant, First Class and Well Done for putting it into simple English.

Let's just hope (🤞) that it's now actually got through to those who don't honestly have a single clue about the female genitalia.

    • @emmamary now you know that the people asking those questions are (sadly) not going to read this.

    • @KatherineJ But of course... I expect there's already a related question as I read this.

    • @emmamary sadly, there are probably a lot….

  • It's ridiculous to think only men mislabel our parts. Most women think everything in the general area is called the vagina.

Guys have their faces in it while women often just wish they would go away, especially when they drip, bleed, itch, burn or smell.

  • I am always up for reading the things that ladies write about sexuality. after all who would know better what sorts of things are pleasing to them.
Very nice set of ABC's. Hopefully some will want to try completing full sentences, maybe even try their hand at a little poetry.
A little knowledge, with some desire and inspiration...

  • I aced both male and female anatomy in Pathophysiology course. Most of the women failed anatomy, including female anatomy, and had to re-take the course.

    • Good for you. And that’s kind of sad.

  • Well said... Female genitalia 101.

It's also important to point out that the most important part of the female body is what's between her ears, her brain, that contains her personality and intelligence.

    • @aviatortom brilliant observation! ❤️ I wish I could like this one twice!

  • Okay, what'd you wanna know about it?

  • Thought you were going to tell something that I didn't know.

  • I know this, we spend 9 months trying to get out and the rest of our lives trying to get back in

  • The urethra is inside, though.

    • Yes and no. The urethra is not “in” our vagina. Is it hidden in our vulva? Yep.

    • @KatherineJ yeah, I didn't say it was inside the vagina. Lol.

  • I've a few guys message me who should read this like now

    • I've had a few guys message me who should read this like now

  • Unfortunately this site doesn't exactly attract the well-read or educated of the world.

    Read books.

    Worked for me.

  • I have a doubt, can you send messge?

    • No, I can’t. Please don’t ask me again.

    • Forgot it

  • Wait until they learn about the G spot... I thought this was basic biology you learned when 13.

    • @yhl6965 oh, please don’t give them any ideas!

  • I have heard that women have some kind of liquid come out of their vagina all the time. Is that true? That’s pretty gross. Everything about the vagina is gross. Periods, STD’s etc.

    • You mean discharge. Yeah, it happens. The vagina is self cleaning.

  • Excellent job!

    • @jerre thank you so much!
