I just think its so cute when guys dont send me a pic of ur shriveled up ding-aling because honestly, it doesn't turn me on. No phone involved. In my country, if you flash people in the streets, you get taken into custody. One of my friends got followed by a guy with his dick out at the supermarket and she's still afraid to go grocery shopping on her own. If you send dick pics, the receiver can sue you here as well - thank god.

@ZamerZ Normally arrests happen for flashing here, but I'm not going to report someone for it though, as its harmless in my opinion, and I have no desire to do it myself, so it's legality is not really a concern of mine. If a woman flashes me or sends nudes I'm unbothered, even if uninterested, so she will suffer zero consequences as a result. No amount of "but imagine if this happened to you" stories are hoing to change my mind about that. HOWEVER.. following a person around or getting in their personal space is different, THAT I wouldn't tolerate, because at that point it becomes a health and safety issue, rather than just gymnophobia.

Humans used to be nude 24/7, this is a first world problem in my opinion. So While I do not do this myself (both out of respect for other's wishes and because I just don't have any desire to), I'm not going to fuss over some woman showing me her tits, ass or crotch, and if a guy does that in front of me, I'd just laugh at him and walk away. Sexual harrassment on the otherhand, I do find disrespectful. @ZamerZ I do consider proximity as part of the criteria, because outside of that, I can just cut off communication with them if annoyed. Also because without proximity, all actual risks are removed. She can't rape me if not near me, she can't give me stds or other infections if not near me, she can't get pregnant if not near me, she can't smell like trash if not near me, etc. etc. Proximity is everything when it comes to actual problems. Whats a picture I don't like gonna do to me? Nothing. Same goes for if I get flashed or nude teased at a distance. I only care about avoiding actually being harmed or otherwise physically violated. Outside of that its whatever.
