I'd think that was really strange. I'd never do that unless I was having sex with this girl, and I wouldn't have sex with a girl I wasn't in a relationship with. If some girl, even a friend I'd known for a long time, asked me for that, I'd be offended because I'd think she was just asking for it to "analyze" it and then tell her friends. What if a guy asked you for vagina pics even if you knew him for a long time? I doubt you'd be comfortable with that.

It's a tiny bit weird.  I hope whoever you have in mind, he really, really trusts you, and is justified doing so.  I'd say the same if he started randomly asking you for nudies though.  Skype sex in particular is generally a bad idea.
