Why do men treat women like a piece of meat these days?
Egh I'm unsure why you're stating 'these days' as if guys treating gals like a piece of meat is something relatively new. It's not going by history it seems guys have historically regarded gals as lessers to be treated akin to meat.

Possibly because it seems guys generally do not regard gals as human beings rather as 'others' that they f*ck. As well as considering it seems most civilizations were built by guys and how very few from the beginning had respect/equal/fair treatment of gals it seems that guys do not want to respect gals it may not be in their nature or their ideal of masculinity.

This is probably not the suited place to state this as guys will likely blame you for how guys act as it seems gals are held responsible for guys actions. Or likely guys will tell you it's the guys you're hanging out with as if gals are supposedly suppose to know which guys are rapists and which aren't and are held responsible for guys actions. There's also the guys who'll see this as guys just showing their interest and it being natural as it seems anything a guy does when he's aroused (groping, rape, etc) falls under 'natural'.
On the almost rape bit in my opinion it may be suited to consider gun/tazer/mace carrying along with self-defense as the bs contradictory unhelpful 'rape prevention tactics' such as don't dress provocatively don't actually prevent or lessen the chance of rape as the variable for that is a rapist being present.
Firstly, I really hope you're ok and that you weren't hurt or anything like that. Please please stay safe, keep with friends and be vigilant. There are some nasty people about and you can't ever be sure. I myself have been raped in the past so I understand your stand on this.
It's very easily to feel that way and I think anyone who has had bad experiences can relate to those thoughts. The one thing however that helps me is having a good few men in my life that prove me wrong, strong solid moral men in your life will help you separate the decent men from the bad ones.
We are nowhere near close to the equality and respect that is deserved among women, especially not in many other countries round the world. But don't give any man the chance to hurt you and use you, be strong and respect the dangers that you now know there are.

There have always been, and will always be, a percentage of guys who are real jerks. That's probably only 10-15%, but that means you'll still run into plenty of them. Whether they just had poor upbringings, or are simply just Demon Seed, the definitely exist, and even many of us guys don't like them. But we can't just go around beating them up or locking them away, so we try to teach women how to protect themselves and to learn to avoid them as much as possible.
BUT... a lot of women today ALLOW themselves to be treated like a piece of meat. Listen to most rap songs today, which are full of misogynistic lyrics that call all women whores & bitches, and then watch how many WOMEN gleefully sing along to these songs. Is it a surprise that a lot of them simply ACCEPT that this is how they should be treated?
So, yeah, you have guys that are jerks, and you have women who don't stand up for themselves, and that's a bad combination.

Yeah, you should be upset, but you also need to find a better class of guy to hang around with. If one of MY friends treated a girl like that, I'd have to take him for some "wall-to-wall counseling", and then I'd probably take her home myself. That's just not acceptable.
Well I hope you are ok. but did you think back and go over what happened. if something that bad truly almost happened that many times in one night then you are doing something to put yourself in bad situations. Sometimes they are unavoidable. Maybe things just worked out that way one night. but if your cautious and observant, then any person can keep themselves out of bad situations.
I treat women like a lady. I let them lead when dating as far as how far things will go. I might press for kissing but I keep my hands and penis to myself until they are clear it is what they want.

I seriously doubt you were almost raped 5 times in a single night. After the first time you would have either ran home, or gone to the police. So the other 4 times wouldn't have had a chance to happen. More likely you just ran into some aggressive men, that made you feel uncomfortable.
Complaining about men treating women like a piece of meant is the same as slut shaming, except it is directed at guys instead of women. Showing interest in the opposite gender is a natural thing that we shouldn't be ashamed of.
