Kegel balls without a string... will they get lost?

I just recieved a new set of kegal balls a present from a girl friend. I told her i was wanting to get a new set and heavier set. And im a little apprehensive about the set she bought for me. The set i have now are both plastic with a plastic cord connecting them and i pull loop that sticks out so you can pull them out and they won't get lost. But the set she bought me are just the two metal balls. Heavier, but smaller and nothing to connect them or serve as a "safety harness" i guess you could call it. lol Are these safe to use? i would completely think that they woudl just disappear up into my vagina and not come out. this would obviously be bad lol anybody wiht experience with these?

Because they're smaller and heavier changes are it'll just fall out. The reason you use those sizes and weights is because, when relaxed, your body won't be able to hold it inside, and it will fall to the opening, or even just fall out.

Not to mention things don't get lost in your vagina. more delicate or complicated things that could break, scrape or tear your vaginal wall may need to be removed by a doctor but these, if by some freak accident they do get pulled up by your cervix (Nothing will pass through the cervix, don't worry), then you can still push them down with your muscles and then pull them out with your finger. They won't get stuck or lost, it's just not possible.

Ow dont try that it might end up just as u said earlir.. i dont have any experience with thise stuff but i hope someone give u advice here..and..smaller? I think u won't get along with the new ones lol
