No, it's uncomfortable. I guess it feels better to finally go but it's better to me to not even get to that point. One horrible traffic day I barely made it to a bathroom and I was already getting chills and feeling faint, and for a few hours after had awful abdominal cramps and felt like my bladder had been distended for days. I almost thought maybe it would've been better for my health if I hadn't held it in ugh

As a guy, believe it or not, it feels good to me too, mainly in the morning when I wake up with a full bladder.
