The "nice guys", because of how their conditioned, will never admit to fantasies unless really pressured into talking. Teen boys have a more aggressive sex drive around the age 16-20, or so I hear.
You should worry less about the fact that our sex imagines women naked, and more about WHAT is happening that fantasy.
Yes, pretty much all guys routinely picture girls naked. Even the nice, gentlemenly guys still have the basic urges of every man. Do they picture every girl they find attractive naked? Not necessarily. Although, what your wearing will often facilitate this.
Example) Girl wearing spandex pants and a tight, revealing top opposed to a girl in jeans and a sweater. The former girl is most likely going to be pictured naked.
I would imagine so. If I like a guy, i'm imagining him naked, or us sleeping together. I don't know why it would be any different for guys.
And I think we have a weird idea about what nice guys are. All guys want sex. All people want sex (unless you are A-sexual). We are biologically hardwired to want to have sex with each other. Both good guys, and bad guys.
