Well, given that he never said he wanted you to give him one, maybe he didn't really feel like it? If he's not even saying "yes" to getting lotion then maybe you should have stopped trying right there.

Richard~ It was dry at first cause he didn't want me to stop, I'm the one who stopped and asked him if he liked dry hand jobs, and asked if he wanted lotion. About giving blow jobs, i'm not comfortable with that and he knew that so he didn't ask.
