I never really have this issue as my cramps are almost non-existent... but if you really don't feel like having sex it doesn't matter what time of month it is you shouldn't feel pressured into it, or feel guilty for saying no! Remember that it is always only your choice if your boyfriend makes a request for sex.
I think that is a very common dilemma for many girls. Fortunately I have only had a very few times where my period was so severe that I didn't want any sexual attention, but many of my friends experience period days when they are so uncomfortable that they want nothing to do with sex.
All I want to do when I have my period is eat and watch Netflix in bed. Forget sex!

If you are in pain or feel bad, then not having sex is fuller acceptable. Even I would accept that in a heartbeat, and I have little tolerance for not having sex in a relationship.
Any other time.. I love sex. It seems the older I get the stronger my sex drive gets.
Oh come on, if you're in extreme pain then it makes sense that you're not in the mood for being pumped.

What's Your Opinion? Sign Up Now!Yeah, there have been many times I just did not feel like it. I have found that if I can get past that initial "I don't feel like it" mood, that I feel better afterwards. Sex and especially an orgasm seems to ease the cramps and the headache.
Why should you feel guilty, it's your body, you didn't feel like it. Case closed. I'm sure he will get some again soon.
