Can a man still get a girl pregnant even if he was totally unconscious?

This is new to me but I once stumbled upon a weird story about a guy claiming he literally passed out after his gf supposely fooled him into drinking something at a party. Then he wakes up with his gf on top of him having sex and is confused. Though, the guy in the story was then upset about it. I understand an erection might still occur (though I'm guessing this would still be a challenge) but can he still ejaculate and get the girl pregnant even under that state of mind? According to my male cousin, he stated that there is no way he would be able to get a girl pregnant but it would be a very short erection (making intercourse very hard to be completed) and only pee would be coming out, not semen.

  • Wow, your cousin doesn't understand the male body very well. Men most certainly can get erections while they are unconscious. They can also totally have an orgasm while unconscious. They can even do both while asleep without anybody touching them, it's called a nocturnal emission, or wet dream. And in those cases it is totally semen coming out. That info couldn't be more wrong if it tried.

It wouldn't even be a challenge to get a guy hard if he was asleep. All it takes is stimulation of the penis, the guy doesn't have to be awake at all. It'll just pop up to attention ready for business.

The only case where it could be an issue is if something was 'dropped into his drink' that caused the unconsciousness but also caused a disruption to sexual functioning. Certain drugs can interfere with male performance, and those drugs would interfere in this case too.

But a guy being unconscious and waking up to find someone having sex with him? Totally possible. It would be rape, by the way, as that would be sexual contact, including insertion, without his consent. He can't give consent if he isn't conscious.

    • Excellent answer. The only thing I'll add to it is the "erection process"or whatever you want to call it, and ejaculation are reflexive actions. So whether sleeping, unconscious, and even with many paralyzed people, it still works.

    • Good answer, just need to add that a woman can get pregnant from pre-cum alone, so even if he does not ejaculate when he is unconsious she could still become pregnant. So end of the day, if you put a penis in you without any form of protection, you can become pregnant.

  • Yes it's possible. If she jerked him off and got the semen, she could "apply" it herself. Or she could of hopped aboard and he wouldn't have a clue. The body wouldn't know the difference. The body only cares about stimulus.
