i think it´s pretty rare for a girl to get "pleasure" out of it. the urge to suck them is probably a remnant of biological priming (boobs = food) which is even enhanced by  p*rn  (they allways suck tits in  p*rn  xD ). i´d say it brings more pleasure for the guy but i don´t have boobs so i can´t tell for sure.
