How much does losing your virginity hurt for a girl? honestly?

My friends have described it horrible. Is it really that bad? Women how painful was your first time? And men if you've ever had sex with a virgin was she in much pain? Thank you for any answers in advance.

  • It varies wildly. It depends on your vagina, his penis, how turned on you are, how nervous you are, and whether you're used to penetration from masturbating. The girls who have the worst experience are the ones where the guy just ignorantly shoves it in without regard for the girl. If you've had oral sex and lots of touching with the guy before and you're very comfortable being naked around him, you're sure you definitely want to have sex with him, and you take plenty of time on foreplay until you're really turned on, you will have a better experience. It may not be painless, but it will be less painful. You'll be better off if you're on top and controlling the pace of things as well.

  • The key is to have the guy go real slow. Have a lot of foreplay and consider using some lube. Never forget a condom. I have had sex with two virgins, and they said it was uncomfortable for a little while but that it was not painful considering I was very gentle. Take it slow and do not do anything you are not ready for. You can only give up your virginity once. Make sure it is the right guy at the right time. Your thoughts?

  • I didn't have any pain the first time I had sex. The guy was about 8" and didn't go slow or anything. The key is to make sure that your relaxed and not tensed up. Take a tylenol about an hour before, try to have an orgasm beforehand too so you'll be sufficiantly lubricated. Make sure the guy knows it's your first time and tell him if you need him to stop, or slow down!

  • I honestly think it depends on the guy. I, unfortunately, had sex with a guy that was larger and had more girth. We also did it with me on top... Very possibly the worst pain I've ever had to experience. I couldn't even let him in all the way because it hurt so much.

    • So I'm thinking me being on top wouldn't be such a great idea? plus I know I'd be way more nervous if I had to be the one putting it in..

    • Yeeeaaa def not! After we did it i heard that you weren't supposed to do that position your first time. Just start missionary. safest way. Still can't guarantee it won't hurt. but def not you on top

  • It is really not that bad, at least for me.
A feeling of pressure yes, and some bleeding.
After that it's all uphill and you will love it, with the right guy of course.

  • Miss, if you apprehensive, get a set of these anal trainers and start using them daily in your birth canal. Then advance to a larger plug. You b/f should also be working you with his fingers daily loosening things up. When it comes time to slip it in, hopefully it will not be a big problem for you.

    Good luck!

  • It really depends on the girl, it's different with each girl. When you do do it, make sure you are relaxed, warmed up, and tell him the pace you want him at. He really has to take his time.

  • For me, it was very painful and I bled. BUT I was young and was not relaxed and lubricated enough. If you can't get wet enough on your own, make sure to have some lube handy. Have your partner be very loving and gentle, asking the whole time if it's ok how fast he's going. Slow and gently entry. Lots of foreplay! Have fun!

  • For me it just pinched a little!

  • It hurts if you aren't ready.
