You would have to define bad before it can be answered. I don't believe that good and bad exists. I believe in likes and dislikes. If a large amount of people dislike something, it is commonly defined as bad. For example, a lot of people dislike murder, but some people like it or are ok with it. The ones that like it would be a minority, therefore defined as bad. Then you can break murder down into sections: death penalty, self defense, man slaughter, etc. Self defense most are ok with, therefore not bad. The others I'm not sure what majority says.

So with that definition of bad; all fetishes are bad because a fetish typically means a small amount of people like them. But if you break fetishes into categories, then you can say popular ones are good and less popular ones are bad. I don't know if futanari is popular, so I can't say if it's bad.

But if you're asking if I emotionally feel it is bad; then no, because I don't understand how anything can be wrong, especially if there is no victim. If you like something you have the right to call it good. If enough people dislike it to make it illegal and you go to jail because of it; most likely society will call it bad, but you still have the right to like it and call it good.

Shame and fear do not define good and bad. Love and hate do not define good and bad. It's simpler than that, just like and dislike.
