I think it's normal, but not less common than we'd expect. You find what you find, you like what you like. It sounds weird in combination but it happens a lot. People look for models (porn or not) that fit what they like. and they look for girlfriends that look like what they like as well. The industry often tries to find lookalike stars to celebrities. And considering there's more than enough of them, there's a lot that look like many of our girlfriends.
