I encourage you to find a support group. Find women who have had your experience. And find groups (male or female) that are supportive of women who have been abused/raped.
This nation has entered a time where public blaming of victims is tolerated and encouraged. I really don't know what to say, other than us common sense folk must fight back with everything we have. Even if it is a losing battle.

What do you mean by 'just on GaG'? Why would GaG be... lower than say average college aged men? I might expect higher because as I've noted in general, we skew towards higher sex interest individuals. (on the other hand, could be that guys who commit rape aren't interested in women's thoughts and only hang out talking to other guys in forums that are less mixed. that would be useful to know as well!)
I'm glad tI see a lot of men saying no to this. I am a rape victim and this kind of thinking (that men would rape if they could get away with it) is detrimental to the recovery of victims of rape. Do you know how hard it is to feel okay again? How much harder it is to be intimidate with someone again after that happens? It really ruins you. And it puts the fear of men into you for awhile, where you might start irrationally thinkin that eveyone is out to get you.
It took me a long time and sometimes I'm still wary of men I dont know but I'm geting over it. Basically, rape isn't something that should be talked about lightly, even though I understand kind of where you're coming from when asking this question

This is a disgusting thing to do. People rape for purpose of carrying out a deliberate act of sexual violence against someone, not to get his rocks off unconventionally.
I'm not sure that claim is well supported tbh. Most rapes are opportunistic by a small subset of men who seem to want to do it. It's not all that clear to what extent most of them just want sex and don't care how, versus particularly want to commit rape, or what. Violent rapists are more likely to be mixing desire to be violent with sexual fetish but they're a small minority. Most rapists take advantage of close to passed out women when they can get away with it.
