Why do MOST guys lie about their penis size? Why don't they just tell the truth?

Why do almost all guys lie about the size of their penis? This guy told me there is no such thing as a dick bigger than 7 inches and that all guys who say that lie. I bet he was just lying just because he has a small one and gets really pissed every time someone says they have a big penis. And if 7 Inches is above average.. Why do most guys say theirs is 7. Not every one can have a 7" penis. This means that most men lie? But why? Also, I only think he has a small one because he gets really pissy everytime someone says they have a large penis. I have never actually seen it. So don't even start on that. Why don't they just tell the truth? Especially if they are asking questions online? And say that their penis is 4" long. And they lie and ask a question saying "is 7" enough? Is it too small?" Wtf? Why can't they just say their real size to get the best advice? They even lie on anonymous! what the f.

The global average is about 5.5", but there are many guys both bigger and smaller than that (it IS possible to have a dick longer than 7-8"). The main reason why guys always post shit like "Is 8" too small?" is because even though they're NOT small, they feel like they're small because the p*rn industry always shows guys with fucking foot-longs and that has ruined our own body image.

Yeah, that's right. Girls aren't the only ones shamed for their bodies. Just like how women are made to feel ashamed of their bodies due to magazines, TV shows, etc., guys are also being shamed too and not just with our bodies, but our dicks, jobs, assets, etc.

Also, those with small dicks are the ones who try to start shit with guys who are bigger, saying "Oh you're such a liar, no guy is that big" and whatnot.

The difference is men cannot do anything about their dick size. And so much depends on it being a good size. Girls can lose weight... go to the gym to get a good figure. Guys can to but it is deemed less important than something like ones dick size... i mean girls aren't judged for their vagina size? Guys are naturally competitive with each other and will peacock (kinda appropriate term given the question), including putting down other guys' sizes. I knew a guy who tried to tell me that his was 7" and he posted a pic and he had the ruler under it but under the balls so the head hit the 7" mark. Guys want to be bigger, stronger, smarter than the next guy (women can be the same, I suppose), and it could go back to being more attractive to the opposite sex...

That isn't average... It is just the most come size guys say they are packing. Average is actually 5.2-5.6". Only about 3% are 7" or bigger. 2/3rds of all guys are between 4.5 - 6 inches long.

Me too, guys always want more, but most don't realize at a certain length/girth you start getting turned down more. No girl wants her cervix beat to death, 98% want less than 8 inches. Guys that are insecure lie about that stuff. I have the exact average dick length and I'm not afraid to admit it, though mine will grow to be a bit bigger in time. I remember back in middle school all guys would say their dicks were like 8 inches which was probably impossible at that age lol. I think guys lie now because if they tell the truth, people will still think they're lying.

For example:

Say a guy is 6 inches erect. He decides to just admit it, "hey I'm 6 inches erect". Say girls assume guys always add on an inch or two. They will suspect this guy is in fact not 6 inches erect, but only 4 or 5 inches.

I personally don't lie about mine, but I don't bring it up in conversation or anything.

I would all but gurantee that guy is small. Generally I would say not all guys lie (I dont see a point) since if you're planning on getting with her she's going to see it anyway and if you're not planning on that no reason to embelish anyway. It´s a immature behavior link to the concept of virility. p*rn has promote it and it's one of the main reasons a lot of guys have lied about their size and others just brag about it.
