I think about 1/3 of men -prefer- small. and half of the other 2/3 don't care much.
Teenage guys are the most 'pro big boobs' because in your mid to late teens, they make you look more like a sexually mature woman, not a kid. But that's only at that age. As you hit 20 and beyond, you're not going to look like a kid, ever, period. You will look like a petite woman with small breasts, and a lot of men LOVE that.
Just like there are a ton of guys out there who love big breasts, there are also a ton of guys out there that very much like small breasts and who will likely get hard just looking at yours. There are guys with small breast fetishes just like there are guys with large breast fetishes and everything in between. You shouldn't have any trouble at all finding them or them finding you. :)

Non-existent boobs aren't really a turn off but if a stranger sees you he might think you're 12-14 due to that. Or you might attract people with weird fetish due to how rare that is.
Small boobs are just fine. They are as good as bigger boobs to me. I definitely would not take pills to enlarge them. One the pills will probably not work and its a gimmick. Two, whatever is in them isn't probably the best thing to be putting in your body. Its just like companies who sell penis enlargement pills. The pills dont work and its a waste of money. Its all gimmicks. If it does truly bother you and you can't find any other way around wanting/needing bigger boobs, surgery is really the only option. You should really be comfortable in your own skin. Focus more of your thoughts on what you have that is awesome and not what you think isn't. Also if a guy can't get past the fact that you have smaller boobs, then he isn't for you. No guy that shallow who puts all of what he thinks about a girl on her looks or features deserves your time. Anyway you probably think your boobs are smaller then they actually are. Hope this helps. Anymore questions just ask..
