Saw my mom naked, confused about what to do?

Question

Last night my mom came into my room unannounced while I was... well, I was masturbating. I didn't hear her come in and I didn't notice her standing there watching me until I finished. When I did see her it scared the hell out of me.

I yelled at her and asked how long she had been standing there and she just kind of smiled and left the room. I was so embarrassed that I didn't come out of my room at all that night.

This morning, I tried to quietly sneak my way to the bathroom, take my shower, and leave for class without being noticed.

I got to the bathroom, the door was already somewhat open, and I stepped in, to find my mom, completely nude, brushing her teeth. Instead of freaking out she just kind of stood there looking at me. I quickly turned around and went back to my room and as I was walking away, I heard her say something like, "not bad for a 44 year old, huh?" I didn't answer and just shut my door.

She never walked around our house nude before so I'm really confused about why this is happening, and why she was watching me masturbate. What should i do about this?

Well, I'd talk to her about it first off. Maybe it's a lesson to show you that everyone needs to be comfortable in their skin. Or she could have Bern trying to show you it's not too embarrassing to be seen naked by family members.

She could be trying to introduce you to nudism, or other things.

Everyone on here can come up with different things, but you'll never know the truth until you ask her yourself.

The fact that your age is 25-29 makes that probably not a legal issue, but ethically I consider that to be mild abuse or the prelude to it. Just not okay.

I mean honestly it sounds like your mom is down for the incest train and you need to do some very rapid setting of boundaries. NOT COOL.
