Sooo for the most part- I get up to wash up afterwards since like other said, leaving it in can lead to a UTI, which is not fun!!! That being said, there have been times when I've just stayed there afterwards. Besides the UTI I don't think there's a downside, and yes it eventually comes out for the most part... And I can def always feel it in me afterwards, and yes it is a turn on, not that I would need to be turned on at that point!!! :o)

If we don't pee afterwards, urinary tract infections become more likely. Also, it doesn't stay in there and we usually end up having to lay in a cold, wet spot while mr. man snores in our ear. :/
