My wife has awesome boobs, I love them. We have been together for 17 years and I still just stop what I am doing to tell her that her boobs look awesome. I always make comments during sex, but I also make general comments all the time during regular time. I will say things like, "oh man your boobs look great in that top!" or "man you have great tits!", or I will just stare at them and say. "Jesus, look at those!" I'll call her "Sexy boobs", or "Sexy tits" from time to time and pretty much every day I just walk up to her and give them a good rub!

I voted A but it's both to be honest. If a guy pays a lot of attention to your breasts in and out of bed, taking a sneaky look here and there, cupping a feel whenever he can and giving them fuss when in bed together.

That there is how guys compliment a girls breasts... or we are blunt and say "nice tits love" but i know how i would rather be complimented if i was a girl! haha.
