Why would my ex tell everyone we had sex when we didn't because he broke up with me?

I dated this guy for about three years and he turned out to be a horrible jerk. He ended up breaking up with me after I gave him oral one day then he completely ignored me. I've tried talking to him about it but he just ignores me. Well we have grad bash today and he's been telling everyone he's slept with me and about how "kinky" and slutty I am. But we've never even slept together, I told him I wanted to but he started ignoring me before we could have sex. And I'm a virgin besides the one time I got raped by an ex that he knows about. And he's been telling people about me giving him oral sex and other terrible things... and I'm scared everyone is going to start saying how I'm easy and a slut because of things he's saying. And I don't know what to do ti get him to stop lying about it ti people. In those three years you had to have had lots of signs that he is trouble, that you ignored. And even after he started ignoring you, you have been trying to get back with him. You were too trusting and now you are hung up on him even though he is hurting you. So the first thing you have to do is get your head on straight about that and swear to yourself to never get close to him again.

Lies can be very hard to disprove, maybe even impossible. And you mention being considered "the school's weird insane girl", which sounds like you had that title before he started his lies, so it will be even harder. You may never be able to prove that he is not telling the truth.

Tell your closest friends the truth, but don't try to get him to stop, he'd probably just spread rumors even more. Clearly, he's taking revenge on you for some reason.

Sue him in court. 3 years relarionship and after that he is doing all these is not right. He is not a man kind. If u asked me i told my girlfriend that how i had sex with my xgf because she is keep on asking me whether she is satisfying me in sex than the xgf but didn't tell every one about it.
