It's so strange that no one really blinks if a girl has a dildo, but it's creepy/perverted when a guy gets something. I don't have anything like that by the way.
It doesn't matter how many times you have sex with him. He will still have his alone time.
That shouldn't concern you. What should concern you is the negative swing your sex life together has taken. You should talk to him about that part of it. You shouldn't bring up his toy. I don't think him cumming early is about that. I actually think if he uses it and often and would have the reverse effect.

Perhaps you should have a talk about your sexual and emotional relationship.
