Why don't women moan while peeing?

This is incorrect. We moan because sure, it feels good, but we use sexual vocalization to help entice our partners. You can read about it here:

For what it's worth, I have uttered a few, "Oh my fucking god"s a time or two when I've had the opportunity to pee when I couldn't hold it any longer because I felt such relief. I've also moaned when I have had a vomiting spell, and I'd hardly say those are good-moaning experiences. More of a groaning out of desperation to get over my nausea, but making a sound was nonetheless something that felt calming oddly enough.

I kind of think it's weird that some people chose peeing. I think sex/orgasms feel better than peeing.

That said, sometimes I do moan a bit when I pee, like if I've been holding it for a really long time and it's a great relief. But I wouldn't describe peeing as pleasurable.
