Girls, should I shave my pussy now?

I'm a teen girl and my genital hair has grown upto some extent (if you want I'll post a photo). So I'm about shaving my pussy. Girls have you ever shaved your pussy? At what age you started shaving your pussy? This may be my first shaving and will it make me a little girl? Do guys like it hairy when having a sex? Please give me necessary tips for shaving my pussy without irritating as you girls have enough experiences in shaving pussy.

  • If I was you, I'd shave clean downstairs. It's sexy, guys like it, it makes oral sex more enjoyable (no stray public hairs getting into his mouth), and it makes that time of the month when you have your period easier and cleaner to maintain. I would also encourage my boyfriend to shave clean downstairs for the same reason. Don't worry about it making you look like a little girl. Not only will it not do that, he already knows you're not a little girl. You don't need an annoying jungle of hair downstairs to prove that. I recommend using Noxema brand bikinii shavers and unscented shave cream. If you shave once a week you'll only need to do a quick go over with one shaver. If you're shaving off a jungle, it'll take two shavers. Fill a cup with warm water to dunk and wiggle the shaver around in after each hair cutting stroke. Stretch your pussy lips while shaving them. Use firm strokes on your mons pubis and around your lips, but be slow and careful where hair meets your lips, clit covering, vaginal opening, etc. Shave completely clean including legs on each side right down to your butt area. The Noxema bikini shavers do not shave all the way down to the skin, they leave just a little bit of hair, preventing itchiness, bumps and ingrown hairs. Unscented shave cream is preferable because it causes far less irritation. Be sure to shave at least a day before masturbating or having any sex in order to allow any irritation caused by shaving to go away.

  • I don't recommend posting a picture. I'm not sure if you're actually 18 or not, but you sound like you're younger than that. If you are and you post a picture, you could be posting child pornography, so I'd say don't that.

My advice is do what you feel like. If you want to shave, shave, if you don't then don't. It's a totally personal thing and it's your body. You should do what you think you're most comfortable with.

I personally do shave but I actually really hate doing it. It's a lot of work and I have super sensitive skin so no matter how careful I am, how much I've prepared for it, how much I try to stop it afterwards, I always get huge red marks and a rash. It's really irritating for me. Plus, I actually don't like the way it looks without the marks, I just don't like looking like a little kid, but it's down to you what you want to do.

I guess the plus side of it is that guys nowadays tend to prefer and kinda expect for you to shave it, so you're not going to get any surprised guys discovering it. It can also apparently prevent smell and infection but I've heard a few doctors say that it doesn't really make any difference, so I don't know. But just do what you want. It'll grow back pretty quickly anyway so you could always just try it and if you don't like it, it'll be back again after a while.

  • Imma say shave your vagina yeah. You can actually get infections down there from not shaving. Or get hair bumps that hurt because it pulls. You don't have to shave it completely off but trim it down so it doesn't look like chewbacca has taken rest on your private part.

    • Infections from not shaving? Da fu?

    • Lmao yeah. It retains all the sweat and it's harder to clean down there when there's so much hair. The moistness can cause bacteria to grow , thus causing an infection to occur. Yeast infections primarily.

  • Dooooon't for the love of god post a photo. Goodness.
It's a complete individual thing and totally up to you. I'm not a fan of body hair so I shave. Just lather the hair up in soap and water and glide the razor over it and boom, hairless.

    • Hahahahahahahaha is that a cat?

    • @HuckyHucky I believe it's a sphinx cat (I hope).

  • Do what YOU WANT. Its all about personal preference.

    Personal pros:
    It's different ( don't shave often)
reduces odor (nothing to retain sweat)

    Cons:
I don't like the look of it sometimes
    Too much work

    Tips if you choose to:
Get a nice lather of something like a shaving gel. Its best not to use soap because they are drying. TAKE YOUR TIME! Your first time you should be very careful. Use a new razor or change the head, and after you're done put an oil on, it helps to reduce razor bumps and any irritation.
    Good luck :)
Also, if you do it and don't like it simply let it grow back out. There are also different styles so look that up.

  • I started shaving when I was thirteen and switched to trimming when I was seventeen. Shaving without irritation is impossible, which is why I switched. The skin is very thin, and very sensitive. When trimming, you can often still get it very short without scraping the skin or causing ingrown hairs.
Some guys like hair, some don't. Some like it waxed into patterns. Mine prefers it trimmed short and neat. It depends on the guy.

  • Yes you should shave I startin shaving mine at 12
Make sure u just don't shave with out water
    Use water lol
And some kind of like bubble gel
Wants u finish shaving lotion it to make sure u don't get numbs
And I think most guys like it shaved for sex

  • DO NOT POST A PHOTO! Only shave it if you want to shave it. If it makes you happy having a hairless vagina then you should shave.

  • I think you should shave it. by chance do you have a picture?

  • Yes you should shave it to make men more attracted to you

  • Shave it, or even better, wax it. You'll start to feel more comfortable naked and a big plus, hygiene can be maintained easier
