It depends on how well you're in tune with yourself and your partner.
I've noticed I can tell my partner's "scent" and I know my own "scent" and when our child was born I could distinctly smell my wife's scent and my own scent in our child's hair. Especially after the child was bathed and clean.
If you know your scent and your partner's scent and you see signs of sexual activity in her underwear... you should be able to smell her scent in it and if she's been with someone else you should be able to smell the foreign scent of someone else. If you're familiar with other people... sometimes you can tell the smells of other people as well. So if it's in the mix you should be able to easily smell their scent as well.
