Girls, creepy to try to get laid at comic con?

Recently I've discovered I have a real thing, hehe, thing?, ya for cosplay chicks. I think it's always been on the back of my mind in a repressed sort of way and I always figured I'd meet a nice girl, form a trusting relationship, and maybe see if my girlfriend is willing to dress up for me. I don't really want to to dress up, but that's the price of the relationship and would be happy to do that for her, however, I don't have this girlfriend; this situation has never come up, oh yeah, up, for me, so I'm planning on buying a sweet assassins creed costume, buying the comic con tickets, renting a room, etc, etc, upwards of 400 bucks all in the hopes that I can seduce a young sailor moon or whatever. Okay, actually, I'll also be there to promote my website, but the goal is also to have a sexy cosplay time. Truthfully, aside from this pervy bon mot, I'm a sweet, dependable, consisten, starving artist. I'm reasonably tall, healthy, athletic, and handsome... like an underfed gladiator from 300. All that said, I need to know from a girl's perspective, am I being creepy? Does it help if I'm good in bed? Should I bring my bag of toys, yes, I'm serious, I have a bag of very clean sex toys. I'm even hoping to find a girl to become my friend. This isn't necessarily a one night stand deal, although I'm obviously not holding my breath regarding the formation of a relationship from such an encounter. It boils down to one thing, I want to do this; I want to have sex with a dressed up woman from comic con. Help?

As you're describing this, I'm a bit creeped out because it sounds like you're hunting for a girl... literally, but people are under the impression that nerds or cosplay people or whatever don't have sex or sexual needs. They are people and so they do just like everyone else. It's the internet, so I'm for certain they have all kinds of websites for people wanting to hook up at cosplay, dress up for you, whatever. Just don't do anything illegal or sleep with anyone who isn't legal, and its whatevs man.

I appreciate your candor, and yes, I am hunting, but I hunt everywhere, this is my first comic Con hunt, and no, there's nothing else around here, but I'm considering starting a cosplay meet up at a park or something that would be for adults. I think it sounds creepy because you're reading it, but consider this; you're at star bucks, a handsome guy eyes you from another table, you're single, you smile, he walks over and introduces himself; assuming you're at the star bucks to be picked up, would you be creeped out? I'm not trying to seduce anyone, I'm just trying to pick up a woman who wants to be picked up and is also dressed up. Thanks again

Yeah, no, still sounds creepy... but that's not my thing... but it is other people's thing which is why if you have an adult meet up and such, I'm sure you'll find people who are just like you--then problem solved.

I think you could have described thag in a much less creepy way. That aside I say go for it. Don't look too hungry and strike up some geeky conversation. Put yourself in situations where you can be someone that she will remember and think about. Like personally if a cute guy beat me at magic and was being flirty I'd be pretty ok with him haha. Be careful, sometimes those costumes can make a 16 ye ar old look 20

Oof, I know it. I'd hate myself if I hit on a kid. I may need proof of age at some point, but I won't be crude, I'm really a nice guy, just a little pervy maybe, but that's in private, you know? The plan is to just have fun, but def keep my eyes peeled for the sexy Samus or Felicia, some feigned interest in the featured artist, a few subtle jokes with a tinge of innuendo, and see where it all goes XD

you could not say what you just wrote like the toys etc. say more like wanna continue this character bond back in the hotel if you think you hit it off good with the chick you are talking to. i wouldn't mind if i hit if off with the dude. if the girl is naughty.

Can you tell me why it's creepy? The people who go to these conventions enjoy pretending to be a character. Some people even make a living dressing as different characters. Aren't lots of guys hot for Black Widow? Cat Woman? Wonder Woman? etc? Aren't lots of girls hot for Thor, Captain America, Wolverine? I don't mind that you find it creepy, I just need to know why. I don't want to be creepy, but I also want to be happy. Thanks.
