Sexual Health Was it that bad to make two best friends Eskimo brothers?

I met two friends, was attracted to one of them, slept with him although his friend was obviously into me. His friend clearly saw us making out in the back of the cab as we all returned home. Later on this guy told me he wasn't looking for a friendship so I let it be figuring we'd likely hook up again casually. His best friend continued texting me and seemed to be genuinely interested so I took it out of naïveté. The friend and I hung out a few times and I figured he had even told his other friends about me as he would refer to me by first name when they called while we were hanging out (maybe I assume too much). Anyhoo, the friend and I eventually hooked up. Soon after he stopped talking to me. The original guy accused me of giving him an STD, which I honestly don't think I did. I then informed the best friend to get checked out for fear that I might have been a vector. Several months later, they both don't talk to me. They're still good friends and hang out together. We share a coming group of friends so ended up in the same group out last weekend. Original guy said hi to everyone in a circle and stopped at me. Best friend showed up and was friendly with everyone but never spoke to me. I was having a three way conversation with original guy's new girlfriend (who was actually cool, and I had no idea she was his new girlfriend) when original guy slowly pulled her away. It didn't phase me that they weren't talking to me before but this incident certainly stuck with me and I've been feeling very bad. I figured they probably made up and concluded I was a slut, but to be this rude? Like dislike me this much? My guy friend told at some other get together where I wasn't, the best friend friend to bring me up in conversation and my guy friend shut it down telling him he knew from the start that I was into original guy. And hey that's my defense to him too. Like can we all just move on? Someone please break this down for me so I can make peace with my souls and move on. :(
